The popular personalities at Voiz.bg themselves determine the price for recording a personalized video. In the profile of each of them, it is indicated how much it costs to place an order. Artists can change the price for the service at any time, so when ordering you will be charged the amount that is written at the time of the request.

 

How do I order a Voiz video?

Choose one of the artists on our platform, open their profile and press the "Order" button. Fill in all the fields and give instructions to your pet what to say in the video - to wish a friend a happy birthday, to congratulate newlyweds, to joke with someone, etc. Then make a payment with a debit or credit card and within 7 days you will receive an email with a link to download the video.

 

How can I pay at Voiz.bg?

You can pay:

How do I change the artist's instructions after I've already placed an order?

At this stage, there is no way to change the instructions to the celebrity once you've made the payment, so think carefully about what instructions to give.

 

How long can my instructions to artists on Voiz.bg be?

Instructions for celebrities to fulfill your custom video order can be up to 1,000 characters.

 

Why was my order declined by the celebrity?

All popular personalities on voiz.bg decide which orders to fulfill. In the "Orders" page of your Voiz.bg profile, you can see the reason why the respective artist did not fulfill your order. If this happens, we cannot force the artist to record your video, but we will refund your money.

 

My order was not fulfilled, how do I get my money back?

If for any reason your order is refused or not fulfilled by an artist on our platform, within 7 working days after the expiration of the video delivery period, we will refund to your account 100% of the amount paid. We will do the translation without you having to notify us that your video was not received and you want your money.

 

Can I order a video to promote my product?

Personal Voiz video may not be used for advertising purposes. If you want a partner to advertise your product, you can use the Platform's Business Services.

Businesses can take advantage of advertising options on various social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Twitch), and for each social network there are different types of ads (eg video, post, story, etc.) that can be carried out by the partners. Each ad has a description that describes what's included in it.

Can any company order a Business Service?

As long as she is not convicted and involved in cases of illegal activity, yes.

 

What cannot the Business Services be used for?

Business services from celebrities cannot be used to denigrate competitors or other persons, as well as to promote illegal activity, hate speech, violence.

 

How long can I use the Celebrity Business Video?

You have the rights to use the Business Video for advertising for six months from the date of receipt. After this period, you have no right to use the video for advertising purposes, without the express consent of its author.

 

Can I edit the resulting Business Video?

No. All celebrity videos should be posted in their entirety so that there is no doubt that something has been taken out of context.

 

What if I'm not satisfied with the recorded Business Video?

Business videos cannot be edited or replaced, such as paid refunds and amount after you have received the video is also not permissible.
